9th annual triathlon stower trail   

Tri-athlon which includes a 3 mile run, a 12 mile road bike ride, and a canoe/kayak paddle, which will encompass 3 lakes in the area. Also a less intense course..a dual-athlon which would only be the bike ride portion.
